ABOUT ME
Hi there! My name is Melanie and I’m an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer and Precision Nutrition LV1 Nutrition Coach…but I am also a dog & cat mom, shuffle dancer, soccer player, middle child, and lots of other things :P I became interested in weight lifting back in 2015 with the rise of fitness YouTubers. I was fascinated by the bodybuilding community and the idea that we can intentionally sculpt our bodies by lifting weights. I spent the next several years learning everything I could about how our bodies work, how to fuel & nourish them, and how to challenge them to grow and get stronger.
