IGNITE is a 12 week self-guided training program for shufflers of all levels
The program is broken up into 3 phases, each 4 weeks long, designed to progressively challenge you in ways that will superpower your dancing ⚡️
Whether you're a beginner or experienced weight lifter, this program will guide you in pushing your strength and finding a balance between weight lifting and shuffling
There are two versions available: full gym or dumbbell only, you can choose the one that works best for you!
HOW IGNITE WORKS

TRAINING PLAN
The program is fully online, app based, with a variety of different training styles including: weight training, cardio intervals, high intensity circuits, mobility, and shuffling

STEP BY STEP GUIDANCE
Every workout is built out and scheduled for you with video demonstrations of all exercises, set & rep targets, and weight tracking capabilities

PROGRESS TRACKING
You will always know if you're making progress with built-in performance tracking and progress photo & measurement capabilities
